How do I book an appointment online?

Please click the link to access the booking page: Huronia Urgent Care Clinic Booking page. Once there, please read the clinic's message. Then, click "Continue" and you will see the booking form.

Please select the Appointment type, then select a date.

Once you have selected the Appointment type and the date, you need to choose your preferred reminder method -- the booking page will send you a message to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

You will also need to fill out your personal information. Once done, click "Book arrival time". The system will send an email confirmation.

I do not see the appointment confirmation email.

If you do not see the appointment confirmation email, please check you "Spam"/"Junk" folder.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Login into your Empower.ca account and choose “My Appointments” to see the list of all the appointments you have booked so far.

If you want to modify your appointment, click on "Reschedule". An online booking form will open, and you can modify your appointment. Once done, click on "Reschedule appointment".

If you want to cancel your appointment, click on "Cancel". Your browser will issue a pop-up confirming your choice. Confirm your choice, and your appointment will be deleted.

What do you mean, no appointments are available? What do I do?

If you select and appointment and see the "Sorry, this appointment type no longer has any availability. Please try again later." message on the page, that means that the online registration portal is full for the day. You would then walk-in to the clinic.
